Warranwood Cricket Club seeks the services of a senior, playing or non- playing coach for season 2010/11.

Warranwood Cricket Club’s First XI will next season participate in the Wilkins Cup Grade of the Ringwood District Cricket Association, with a total of 7 Senior Teams, 6 Junior Teams, 3 Veteran Teams as well as the Milo (Have a go) Junior Program, our club is well positioned for further team success.

Warranwood CC has a very strong junior program that has reaped recent team success as well as multiple District and Regional representatives. Coupled with an emphasis on promoting from within and “developing our own” – we seek the assistance of an experienced coach to assist our club of talented juniors in taking the “next step”.

The successful applicant will be required to develop and co-ordinate our training program, work with the First X1, provide individual/ team development, assist the Junior coaches in building on our strong junior program and ultimately “fast tracking” these juniors to higher grade, senior cricket.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate a strong track record of playing/ coaching success, at an equivalent or higher grade of cricket than played in the RDCA. We are seeking a coach with strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a propensity to develop our senior and junior cricketers to improve their individual skills, be part of a team environment and play cricket in the right spirit.

The successful applicant will be remunerated accordingly, based on experience and the ability to bring team success.
